Sarah has almost 25 years of experience within the FMCG industry including at Masterfoods / Mars and Innocent drinks. She is currently leading The Collective UK and Europe, a New Zealand dairy business shaking up fridges across the world, having previously run The Collective NZ. She is passionate about showcasing NZ on the international stage and has been the recipient of a Kea World Class New Zealand Award, recognising her contribution to global export markets and advocacy for Aotearoa. She has also held NED roles and is currently an advisor for a number of start-up food businesses.
