About the event

Kelly became Head of Real Estate and Investment at British Land last year, and has overall responsibility for asset management, leasing and investment across the business. Kelly has been at British Land since 2011, with roles in corporate finance and heading up strategy, and has been Head of Investment since 2016. She joined the Executive Committee in November 2020. Kelly is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in New Zealand in 2001 at Price Waterhouse Coopers, and has worked in real estate in the UK since 2004.

Kelly is also a Non-Executive Director at Sirius Real Estate, the FTSE250 owner and operator of business parks, offices and mixed use workspace.
